- Wind — we use weighted bases for any rooftop above 5 stories. Wind-test during setup before we leave.
- Freight elevators — our team schedules freight access with building management; most Hollywood/WeHo buildings have 2-hour load-in windows.

Parking and delivery zones
Street parking in Hollywood is tight on Friday and Saturday nights. Our typical approach: delivery 2–3 hours early (before street fills up), or loading-dock access at venues. For Hollywood Hills residences we coordinate with homeowners for driveway space.

Most Hollywood rooftop buildings have scheduled freight-elevator access with 2-hour load-in windows booked by the venue. We coordinate 72 hours in advance. Rooftop decks over 5 stories get weighted-base setups for wind. Cool white pops against LA cityscape from the Hills overlook; warm white suits hotel rooftop dinners.

Our Hollywood zone covers all of Hollywood proper, West Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Laurel Canyon. Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, and Santa Monica are separate zones — same formula — $125 base + $2/mile beyond 10.
