How pricing works
$80 per letter or number. Every 4ft unit — A through Z on our marquee letters page, or 0 through 9 on marquee numbers — rents at the same flat rate. Spaces between words (like in "MR & MRS" or "OH BABY") don't count toward the letter total.
Delivery pricing
Our base is in Sherman Oaks (91403). Delivery fee covers both drop-off and pickup.
- Within 10 miles of base (Valley, close-in Hollywood) — $125 flat
- Beyond 10 miles — $125 base + $2 per additional mile (one-way distance)
- Beyond 30 miles (Malibu, Long Beach, Orange County, Ventura) — custom quote

- On-site setup — our team arrives 2–3 hours before your event start, positions the letters, tests both light modes, briefs you on controls.
- 3-day rental window — typical schedule: Friday delivery, Monday pickup. Weekday events can flex.
- Next-morning pickup — no breakdown on your end.
- Batteries — 3 AA per letter, supplied.
- USB cables — if you prefer outlet power.

Extended rentals and multi-day events
- Additional day — $20 per letter per extra day (e.g., 5-day rental = 3-day base + 2 × $20 per letter).
- Week-long rentals — contact for reduced weekly rate, typical discount 15–20% off daily surcharge.
- Multi-event weekends — same set used across multiple events in one weekend, flat rate, discounted.
What's NOT included
- Permits — for public-space setups (public beach events, city parks, street closures) that require permits, fees are the customer's responsibility.
- Security deposit for private estates — some venues require a refundable security deposit; this is separate from rental cost and flows between you and the venue.
- Damage/loss — if a letter is damaged or lost during the rental, replacement cost is $200 per letter. This rarely happens.
Payment
- 50% deposit to secure the date.
- Balance due 72 hours before delivery.
- Accepted methods — credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay.

Cancellation & rescheduling
- 14+ days before event — full refund of deposit.
- 7–13 days before — 50% refund or free reschedule to another date within 6 months.
- Less than 7 days — no refund, but free reschedule within 6 months subject to availability.
