How pricing works

$120 per letter, $90 per number. Every 4ft unit — A through Z on our marquee letters page, or 0 through 9 on marquee numbers — rents at the same flat rate. Each letter, number, and symbol (including the ampersand &) counts as one 4ft unit. Only spaces between words don't count — so "OH BABY" is 6 units (O-H-B-A-B-Y) and "MR & MRS" is 6 units (M-R-&-M-R-S).

Minimum order is $500. If your letters and numbers add up to less (for example LOVE = $480), the rental is billed at $500.

Prices are for a 1-day rental. Each extra day is +$20 per letter or number (for example, LOVE for 2 days = 4 × $140 = $560).

Delivery pricing

Our base is in Sherman Oaks (91403). Delivery fee covers both drop-off and pickup.

• $150 + $2 per mile — $150 base plus $2 for every mile (one-way distance from our base); covers drop-off and pickup
• Beyond 30 miles (Malibu, Long Beach, Orange County, Ventura) — custom quote

What's included in every rental

• On-site setup — our team arrives 2–3 hours before your event start, positions the letters, tests both light modes, briefs you on controls.
• 1-day rental — delivered for your event, picked up the next morning. Need it longer? +$20 per letter or number per extra day.
• Next-morning pickup — no breakdown on your end.
• Batteries — 3 AA per letter, supplied.
• USB cables — if you prefer outlet power.

Per-unit price for a 1-day rental. Orders under $500 are billed at the $500 minimum.

Extended rentals and multi-day events

• Additional day — +$20 per letter or number per extra day (e.g., 2-day rental: letter $140, number $110; 3-day: letter $160, number $130).
• Week-long rentals — contact for reduced weekly rate, typical discount 15–20% off daily surcharge.
• Multi-event weekends — same set used across multiple events in one weekend, flat rate, discounted.

What's NOT included

• Permits — for public-space setups (public beach events, city parks, street closures) that require permits, fees are the customer's responsibility.
• Security deposit for private estates — some venues require a refundable security deposit; this is separate from rental cost and flows between you and the venue.
• Damage/loss — if a letter is damaged or lost during the rental, replacement cost is $200 per letter. This rarely happens.

Payment

• 50% deposit to secure the date.
• Balance due 72 hours before delivery.
• Accepted methods — credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• 14+ days before event — full refund of deposit.
• 7–13 days before — 50% refund or free reschedule to another date within 6 months.
• Less than 7 days — no refund, but free reschedule within 6 months subject to availability.
