Warm white vs cool white — for weddings

Go warm white if: your palette includes gold, ivory, dusty rose, or burgundy; your venue is candlelit; your flowers include peonies, garden roses, or eucalyptus; your photographer favors film-grain editing.

Go cool white if: your palette is black tie modern, your venue is industrial/loft/rooftop, you're leaning minimalist with monochrome florals or pampas grass, your photography leans editorial.

Wedding-day logistics

We work with your planner, venue coordinator, or directly with you. Typical wedding-day flow:

  1. Pre-wedding: 1–2 weeks out, we confirm exact setup location with your coordinator (reception entrance, sweetheart table area, dance-floor-adjacent, photo-booth zone).
  2. Delivery: 2–3 hours before ceremony or reception start. We coordinate with the venue to avoid conflicts with table setup.
  3. Setup: 15–30 minutes. We position the letters, test both light modes, and confirm battery placement or USB routing.
  4. Pickup: next morning, or at the venue's load-out time. No stress for you or the planner.
